My Desert Garden is in the Casas Adobes area of Northwest Tucson, Arizona. This is an apartment attached to our home on a 2/3 acre lot on a vegetated natural desert landscape, private and separate from the main house.  Features include:

• complete kitchen

 

There are two entrances, front and back, each with a covered patio. One is favorable in cooler weather, while the rear is best to shield from sun.

 

Parking is immediately beside the unit.

 

Laundry is shared in the master back patio.

 

Mattress is a luxurious, queen size, organic latex by OMI, with variable firmness

 

Utilities are included

 

Heating and cooling is central, forced air, separate and exclusive to the unit. A 50 gallon water heater serves laundy and the unit exclusively. 

 

The large Smart TV includes Netflix and  Comcast cable.

There is also a Blu-Ray player, if you wish to watch from disc.
